About me:
If you’ve ever felt lost, drifting, or looked around and wondered how the heck you ended up where you are, you are not alone. I came to coaching after a varied career in Human Resources, Information Technology, a few years as a stay at home mom, and almost a decade as a national bestselling author of fiction and nonfiction. I’m originally from Atlantic Canada, and have lived in Des Moines, Boston, San Francisco, New York City, and finally, Omaha. When not working with clients, I’m gravel biking on Nebraska’s many dirt roads; reading (thrillers and nonfiction adventure stories are my current jam); knitting; traveling (the photos on this site are from a rafting trip through the Grand Canyon, and a trip to Tintagel, off the coast of Cornwall…and ask me about Antarctica!); and enjoying the company of my husband of 30 years and counting, and our college-age son.
